Led by Professor Mamuka Tsereteli, this two week course was offered in Tbilisi, Georgia for approximately two weeks through a partnership with the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. The course was designed to provide graduate students with a broad knowledge and understanding of the Black Sea-Caspian Region. The course included a strategic overview of historic and recent developments in the region, including long-term development approaches and the current security environment in the region.
